Guidance officers are an important part of the educational leadership team and provide valuable assistance to students regardless of whether they work in an elementary school or middle school, high school or beyond.

Today's Guidance officers are vital members of the education team. They help all students in the areas of academic achievement, personal/social development and career development, ensuring today's students become the productive, well-adjusted adults of tomorrow.

a Guidance Officer's role may vary. However, it always covers a few broad categories. Guidance officers are responsible for working with students who need help managing their behavior, keeping up academically, or planning for the future. Counselors also work with administrators, teachers, and parents to develop a comfortable, healthy school environment free of bullying or illegal activities.

Career Counseling is a process that will help you to know and understand yourself and the world of work in order to make career, educational, and life decisions.
Career development is more than just deciding on a major and what job you want to get when you graduate. It really is a lifelong process, meaning that throughout your life you will change, situations will change, and you will continually have to make career and life decisions. The goal of Career Counseling is to not only help you make the decisions you need to make now, but to give you the knowledge and skills you need to make future career and life decisions.

June 11, 2021: Western Mindanao State University (WMSU) posted in their Facebook Official Page the College Entrance Test Result 2021-2022 List of Passers for Main Campus and External Campuses.

Congratulations to all ZCHHS Students who passed the Entrance Exam. The Individual Report of Ratings (IRR) can be claim from our school. We will just inform everyone thru this blog or Facebook Page if the result is already available.

To: All Grade 12 Students - Batch 2019-2020

The results for WMSU-CET Report of Rating January - February 2020 SY 2020-2021 is now available at Zamboanga Chong Hua High School Guidance Office.

Schedule of claiming of results:

9:00am-12:00noon only
Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Note: Only parents should claim the individual results. Present the student's ID or WMSU Test Permit when claiming. Look for Ma'am Rose.
